During a cold spell we thought our outdated heater may have finally died. Moe came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and told us that one of our heating elements was missing (possibly removed by previous home owner) but that it was still working and may have just had trouble keeping up with the low temperatures. Moe was professional and did not take advantage of the situation by trying to push the sale of a new heating system or charge is for things we didn’t need. We’ve always received excellent service from Sunny Service and will continue to use and recommend them.
