Samuel was great, very friendly and personable. For the questions I had he had solid answers and was very thorough with is inspection. He even spotted a 1/4 inch of insulation that had fallen to the floor and picked it up - I would have left it. And he basically has that trusting personality. Thank you so much Samuel!
