Upon my arrival I found unit operating with 0 td across the evaporator coil. Outdoor fan motor was operating. Access to the condenser units electrical panel was extremely difficult and required me crawling under the deck, laying on my stomach and working with my arms reached awkwardly into the electrical cabinet. The voltage absorption system for the fan motor was up to spec but the separate voltage absorption system for the compressor had failed. I called the owner and was given approval to do the repair quoted plus dispatch fee. I crawled back under the deck and replaced the 35uf run capacitor and secured the cabinet door and screwed on two valve caps. I started the unit and had 85 return with 64 supply. The unit is under a heavy load pressures would not mean anything given the extreme load but given that the unit has 21 td shows that it is operating normal.
