Upon arrival I was told Blower Motor was making a loud noise and system wasn’t keeping up. During diagnostics the customer turned on ac and I could hear blower whining loudly. Went up to attic and removed panels to find 3 sides of insulation were pulled off panels and sucked into blower wheel. This was causing noise and also airflow restriction, not letting system cool properly. Removed insulation, used sure-stick adhesive and sprayed the insulation to the unit panels. Then used tape to secure insulation to the sides. Returned power to the unit and ran blower only, insulation didn’t move. Called for ac and checked operation. Found unit is operating normally.
