The technician did not consult on costly cleaning before performing it and admitting that home owners don’t normally go for it when they know how much it costs. He was pleasant to deal with otherwise and seemed to know what he was doing. Just got a bit out of order when performing the service and keeping us abreast of the costs. It also seems unreasonable that a cleaning solution would cost over $600 but, here we are. After learning the system wasn’t installed properly to begin with and having them out two weeks ago, that’s the reason for this rating. The unit also conked out at the two hottest days of the year so far. With one year old it was miserable.
