Inspected unit 1 in 1 st floor for low heat temp rise. Found heat pack to be open line when reading ohms. Heat pack needs replacement. This unit is over 20 years old. System is wobbling due to out of alignment blower wheel and all screws rusting out. Suggest a new unit replacement Found units for 3rd floor to have tstat that is damaged/ missing Tstat needs replacement.
