Service call on 10/15/19 On arrival set unit to call for heat unit running for minutes and is going turned off checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked compressor capacitor checked coil evaporator coil needs to be cleaned checked EWP and LWP also water temp it was low checked the pump is not running the pump needs to be replaced I talk to the customer we have to find he still under warranty to replace the pump we have to checked first he is under warranty or not customer needs fallow up also highly recommended Evaporator coil needs to be cleaned and customer he is tired to find right air filter 28x30x2 I recommended to install aprilaire air filter panel to avoid future problems. Collected $248 for diagnostic fee on C.C .
