The well pump did have a faulty start capacitor but it would not solve anything to replace it because one of the windings is burnt. The pump is inoperable and must be replaced. I showed customer how to set thermostat to auxiliary heat. Customer has estimate for pump replacement prepared by the office and will move forward with the repair. Customer prefers to have the CSR contact them to take payment and give ETA for the well pump.
