I confirmed that the air coil was leaking from a place that could not be repaired. I then evacuated the refrigerant and nitrogen and removed the air coil and biflow filter drier in the cube. I reused the cooling txv at the new air coil. Brazed all fittings and then brazed in replacement filter drier. I used 350psi of dry nitrogen to pressure test the system for any leaks. I let it hold that pressure for 15-20 minutes while I began packing some tools away. I then used the nitrogen to flush the lineset. I called WF to ascertain the total weigh in charge. I weighed the charge in and let the unit operate for 15 minutes before adding more refrigerant to obtain normal refrigerant pressures, 25+ degrees temperature rise across the air coil and normal heat of extraction. The new coil was sent under pressure and retained that pressure until released. The whole system was pressure tested and there are no refrigerant leaks. Unit operating normal.
