A 2 Minute Telephone Conversation Should and Would Have Avoided a $750 Bill

In spite of asking to speak to Alex or someone about the unique msg. on our thermostat, we were forced to have a service call. 2 minutes on the phone would have solved the mysterious red "alert" but instead when forced to choose between $59 for the unneeded service call and the $262 surge protector Yonas recommended, we chose the latter, only to learn that the breaker would not turn back on.....5 hours and and additional $570 later, we have stuff that wasn't needed. None of this is Yonas' fault and is not meant to reflect on his service. He's fine.

Invoicing issue

Too many docs attached to “invoice” emai. The actual invoice was next to last in the list...why offer duct cleaning when you just did it? And...Was not given credit for $50 Gift Card that Alfonso saw and recognized. Thanks for the credit for it on our card.

Conor quickly identified the backed-up humidifier problem and replaced the filter. A very pleasant fellow. Reason for low price rating is that the filter was supposed to have been changed - and which we were charged for - as part of the fall service.
