In spite of asking to speak to Alex or someone about the unique msg. on our thermostat, we were forced to have a service call. 2 minutes on the phone would have solved the mysterious red "alert" but instead when forced to choose between $59 for the unneeded service call and the $262 surge protector Yonas recommended, we chose the latter, only to learn that the breaker would not turn back on.....5 hours and and additional $570 later, we have stuff that wasn't needed. None of this is Yonas' fault and is not meant to reflect on his service. He's fine.
