On arrival set thermostat to call for cooling. Measured return temperature, supply temperature, amps, and voltage. Measured EWT,LWT,EWP, and LWP. I found water loop low on water pressure. Pressurized system to 70psi. Inspected electrical connections, contactor, replaced filter provided by customer, blower wheel is clea, evaporator coil is clean, cleaned condensate pan as well as the condensate drain line, and tested condensate pump. I noticed a lot of dust on the filter so I created and stimate for a duct cleaning. I also created an stimate for a wet switch. Customer was on a phone meeting so I couldn’t explained the benefits of installing a wet switch and duct cleaning. But I will email him the information. Unit is operating normal at this time.
