Performed Operational Inspection for both RTUs. Replaced all filters. Flushed out drains. Inspected cleanliness of blowers and coils. Checked tension of belts. Checked capacitors and contactors. Tightened electrical connections. Ran ac on both systems. Checked operation of both stages, measured amp draw and delta air temps. Found Circuit 1 on Unit 2 flat. Quoting customer to perform leak search and repair, 5lb 12oz 410a per Circuit. Customer also explained that they feel temperature and humidity difference between rooms. Thermostat is in Exam room 5 and they keep door closed mostly. Quoting customer to relocate thermostat right outside of door on other side of wall or to add temperature sensor and mount that in hallway.
