Tag in studor vent on 2” line for washing machine drain. Will also cut into wall to make sure there is a trap on the washing machine drain box. If no trap will install one for drain line. After further review and tests after installing studor vent tested the washing machine while customers are in building to test flow and found washing machine leaking in the back portion of the machine.

Would highly suggest option 2 being done to rid the smell of sewer gas inside building. Gave option for venting the same line as well. Upon arrival found there to be no vent or p-trap on drain line for washing machine.

Completed fall season preventative maintenance. Documented all bad parts for replacement. Found unit 1 to have bad relay and dirty coils.found unit 2 to need control board replaced.unit 3 running properly.unit 4 found to have worn igniter that needs replacement. Unit 4 still running properly just advise replacement of igniter quoted out parts. Will return when work is approved

I replaced the outdoor fan motor and also replaced the defrost board and coil and ambient temperature sensors. Unit operating normal. I called the office because the invoice did not transfer to the dispatch. I had customer sign just to acknowledge that the repair work was completed. Customer says the office has the card on file for billing.

I called Carrier tech support to help me confirm the exact cause of the unit freezing up. The defrost board is corrupt and it needs to be replaced along with the coil temperature sensor. There is no way to verify for sure the operation of the outdoor fan motor because it gets its voltage from the defrost board. I did verify that it had line voltage. The part is covered under warranty but the labor is not as the 2 year full warranty expired in early January. I spoke with the customer and Mr. Koehler will call the office if they decide to have the repair done. Also I let Donna know that the customer is expecting a call from the office for payment as I could not collect over the phone and previously this is how the customers paid for any invoices.

Replace heat exchanger, baffles, restrictor plate, Collector box gaskets. Recommend changing the inducer fan motor and housing also due to age and cracked heat exchanger.

I replaced the filter in the basement unit and the filter in the return air grill for the attic unit. I operated the units on 100% v.s. heat pump heating and measured very good temperature rise. I forced the defrost cycle on both outdoor units and it cycled normal. I also ran units on aux heat to make sure it was working properly. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. Units are working very well. Customer called the office and asked about billing. Customer was told that the office would send an email to collect payment. I will let Donna know.

Recommend changing the inducer fan motor and housing also due to age and cracked heat exchanger. 12-3-18 replaced heat exchanger and inducer motor. Started and tested operations . Supply air 123 degrees and return air 73 degrees .

Started all four Reznors heaters . Used two bottles of nitrogen to clean them out before starting them . Then I had to lite each pilot and test units . All four are working . Changed filters on furnaces in ceiling for front lobby area . Both at from 1994 and are working . Did a heat exchanger inspection and did not see a crack . Costumer has heat in training area and lobby are .
