Replace heat exchanger, baffles, restrictor plate, Collector box gaskets. Recommend changing the inducer fan motor and housing also due to age and cracked heat exchanger. 12-3-18 replaced heat exchanger and inducer motor. Started and tested operations . Supply air 123 degrees and return air 73 degrees .
