Customer showed me an info graphic regarding energy use at the home and it improved greatly since the refrigerant issue but is still slightly higher than what it says is average. I replaced the filter and operated the unit on second stage heating mode. Temperature rise was lower than expected so I looked at blower speeds and they were at 3,6,9,11, so I set them to the numbers in the manual 3,5,7,9 and this quickly brought the temperature rise to over 25 degrees which is normal and the heat of extraction was normal. These numbers tell me the refrigerant levels are where they should be at this point. Also the unit should have to run less to heat and coil the home to set point which should reduce energy consumption. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, including auxiliary heat and all are within specification. The unit is operating normal.
