I replaced the txv and refrigerant filter drier. I pressure tested the system to 400psi with dry nitrogen and then pulled into a <500 micron vacuum. I charged the unit with 5lb 2oz of r410a refrigerant. I cycled the unit on second stage heating and cooling and observed normal refrigerant pressures and delta temperatures across the air coil in each mode. Unit is without refrigerant leaks and charged to specification. Unit operating normal. I retained the faulty txv to return to Water Furnace.
