I had several local companies come by to give me quotes on my water heater replacement. Even though Supreme Service was not the cheapest, I chose them to do the service. Their price was a few hundred above the cheapest quote. Mr Lee was by far the most professional, courteous and helpful technician than the others. He took the time to explain the service details, the technology available and provided alternative and money saving options to what I currently had. He also answered warranty questions and was very patient when answering questions. It helps that his mask was always smiling too…LOL. He did the job quickly and quietly( since I work from home). I’m very satisfied with this service experience and I’m confident that I chose the right company for the work.
