When I arrive customer explain to me they are in process of closing on their home in the next two weeks. house inspector found some type of growth, mildew of some type inside indoor furnace at coils. I gave customer three options of estimates. Coil cleaning today while I’m here on site or scheduling out whole house duct cleaning and also, while I am here on site get inside furnace clean While coil is in place. Customer gave his wife a call to explain everything and ask if I can email the three estimates over, after a little while customer decide to go ahead with one of the options and that’s to mitigate the problem of cleaning the coils & inside of area. while I was here on site. After taking care of the job I ask a customer to take a look behind me to make sure everything was correct in sight to customer satisfaction. Personal status everything looks good happy and satisfied turn power back on to unit unit is operating at normal operations at this time. Before and after pic
