I spoke to Shelton Cartwright from Water Furnace. My neighbor is getting a Water Furnace geothermal system in his new house from Bay Heating and Cooling in Annapolis. We will use them for our future service needs. Alex refused my phone calls about the problems we have been experiencing about not coming to our home for prescheduled appointments. Go to hell!!!
