Unit was locked on high pressure. I figured the load pump was not working and found it was not pulling any amps. I found one of the resettable fuses open for the pump and reset it and the pump began working until the resettable fuse opened again and the pump began to overheat. I looked at the pump and found that it is a 120v pump. All pump terminals inside the WF unit are designated 208-230v. The pump that is here needs to be replaced with the same type of pump. Taco 007 for 1.25†flange but it needs to be a 208-230v pump to tie into the WF unit. I let the customer know what was going on. I called senior technician for support, recommendations and warranty status. I completed a parts order form and a customer follow up form. Customer does have hot water but it’s obviously not through the hydronic system just installed. Customer will not be home on Monday but will be home on Tuesday.
