Thomas the plumber was professional and friendly and figured out the problem. I had a great experience
First the window for the technician to arrive was 2pm - 6pm. he did not show up until 7:45 pm. The repairman did service without calling me, the landlord first. I was told I was to give the okay before the repair was done, that never happened. I was not able to tell him what I believed the problem to be. The technician may not have repaired what I needed. At this time an hour later my tenant says the cold air is still not coming out. The technician said it was an electrical problem. I believed the freon needed to be replaced, but never spoke to the guy. I asked for the Freon to be replaced on the ticket. This never happened. I fear I paid for a very expensive repair that may have not been necessary and question at this time if my original problem was indeed fixed.
Wish they would service the humidifier. Not sure how they would not consider it to be part of the HVAC system especially since it was all installed together at the same time. This was disappointing. Otherwise, quite good.
I needed a 9 minute 36 seconds job to replace a joint coupler. I had our gas line turned off n had waited until late afternoon for the service of Supreme. I was under the understanding that the service was $59 to come out (used against cost). n $59 every 15 minutes needed. It didn’t turn out that way. The tech said his least expensive service was $200 n the computer didn’t allow him to subtract $59. I was in a bind at that point to have gas turned back on so I had to approve. Both of us knew it was a 10 minute job. Seems pretty unfair.

Colin our tech was excellent. He told us how to check the trouble shooting light the next time we have an issue so when we call in we can give them a better idea of what’s going on.
