Service call on 08/22/19 On arrival customer explained Set the unit for cooling measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked outdoor unit measured electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked compressor amps measured pressure I found the refrigerant is low is taking R22 I gave quote for customer to find the leak and repair customer she didn’t want the repair bc this is not the first time the problem on this unit also customer has issues some of the thermostat and some of the other units sometimes some of the unit blowing hot air. 1 of unit running but the upstairs room is hot customer has a lot of problems my suggested to replacing the units bc the units never service also 20 years and older I explained the customers about benefits of to replacing the unit customer she is agree with me and she is scheduled for Saturday between 1 to 3 pm to gave her estimate.
