Let’s start with the company ,I have a no Hot water I called the company they could come out immediately between eight and 12 then they called and said could they make it 2 to 6 PM I said no problem .At 5pm I called and they said sorry they forgot to call they are not coming today .after about five or six calls back to them they made plans to come out the next at 9am. VERYdissatisfied but I was stuck. They sent Tommy out he was there master plumber he was excellent very polite clean and did a very good job so that is the only reason you’re getting average. Don’t know if I would recommend.

Yonas, did a great job. No complaints at all. Very seldom do I rate anything Excellent. But as I said Yonas did a great job - explained everything he was doing. plus made recommendations on some maintenance item and why

Passed inspection When tile and drywall are done, we need to return for trim out and final inspection to be called
LP power vent water heater replacement estimate. Once replaced I tested and no leaks were found. Water heater is up and running.
Got bathroom ready for inspection
Pipe in a shower pan and tub for drain lines and water lines and diverters for both showers. Tie into 3 inch drain line and lead a new 2 inch line over for both showers. Take in a studor vent above the vanity drain line do give proper venting on tub and shower pan. Today I set tub and got materials
Gave estimate for work to be preformed. Will return in morning to start the work to be preformed for the bathroom remodel.
Inspected system found drain line freezing up. Warrenty to installation per Colin. Ran new rain line hose to indoor sump drain. Zip tied and tested unit now running properlly.
