I replaced the air filter with one provided by the customer. I cleaned the condensate pan and drain lines and ran water to flush the debris and to check for proper drainage without leaks. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. I operated the unit on second stage cooling mode. I recorded 20+ degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coil. I had proper pressure drop across the coaxial water coil. I had normal heat of rejection. Unit operating normal. I recommend adding Intellistart Module to the electrical circuit of the compressor. It allows the compressor to start using 70% less amperage, which helps to prolong the compressors lifespan. Also if the home has backup generators, start assist modules are needed to allow the compressor to start and not overload the generator.
