Performed spring pm on both rooftops. Cleaned condenser coils. Replaced filters. Flushed out drains. Inspected Evap coils and blowers. Checked belt tension. Checked capacitors and contactors, tightened electrical connections. Ran ac. Checked amp draw and delta air temps. Both units operating normal at this time.
