Performed 1st SSA t/u. Delta T: -18°. No rust or water in secondary pan. Tested the pan float switch, and made sure electrical connections were tight. Cleaned the Evaporator and Condenser coils. Cleared the primary condensate drain line. 50/5MFD dual run capacitor(49.6MFD-herm, 5.1MFD-fan). 120psig suction pressure(28°SH) with a 41° Evaporator temperature. System is within manufactures specifications. System is operating as it should.
