2 techs serviced our unit. 1 of them turned off the water valve and left the system running for over 2 weeks which caused over $4,000 of water damage when the overflow tin spilled over from the attic and damaged the ceiling and walls of our dining room and living. We have yet to hear from anyone of you and we will be seeking legal counsel for reimbursement
