Completed the problem this time!

Lines must be blown out and not vacuumed out! They have too far to travel for drainage! Many Txs, for finally doing the right thing for my unit! We have solved the problems!! Mrs. White👌🏻

Great Job

Excellent! Changed out compressor and taught us about importance of changing filters every 30 days. The main reason the compressor failed was dust and pet hair that had gotten into the unit and coils. He cleaned that out for us. Great experience!

Upon my arrival I found two supply vents sweating in the loft area. I personally witnessed the access to the attic was open I made customer aware that was a very good possibility of why the vents are sweating due to mixing hot air with cooler creating condensation. Customer is adamant it is because of the two ducts are not sealed however I inspected all the other ducts on this system and none of the other ducts are condensating. To satisfy this customer we will need to return with a tube of caulking or silicone and caulk behind these two vents that is her request. I personally do not have any sealant on my van so we will have to return for service.

Checked dwnstrs unit, found fried circuit board at heat pump, may no other bad components as well. Quoting repair vs replace.

Upon my arrival I found the upstairs system down due to low refrigerant. Further investigation shows this is an R 22 system 16 years and age. I have made customer aware of options for repair and the customer has declined repair at this time. customer asked for me to just pull the disconnect so the system would not run any longer. Customer states she will call the office when she arranges funds to replace equipment.

Upon my arrival I found the break room system down due to low refrigerant. I also found the filter to be clogged. Further investigation shows the system is in bad need of cleaning. I explain to Robbie the importance of cleaning the coils and he states he will call the office to set something up with the ward for all eight systems to be on a maintenance agreement. At customer request I added 2 pounds of 410 refrigerant. Robbie declined the leak search. Robbie also states he will replace filter.
