the technicians that I dealt with we're all courteous and informative, there was miscommunication between the first technician and I, he indicated he was going to have an electrician come out and check the wiring to let him know how old it was, he did not indicate that the electrician would be performing any services on that day I was not aware of that until I received an invoice later on. He also remove the covering from the electrical box on the wall, the electrician I looked at the box I'm not certain if he did anything with it I did not stand and watch him perform his services but the cover was not replaced.
