Preformed first prepaid maintenance on two split heat pump systems, model and serial number match in system. Checked filters and checked pressures. Checked amp draws and checked wiring connections. Cleaned coils and cleaned drain lines. Added algecide treatment to both drain pans. Primary ICP unit is in rough condition. Growth and rust are making this system highly insufficient. Air quality is poor and the evaporator coil is rusting out, this is a strong leak point. Goodman unit is running well no issues at this time.
