Your rep. came to my home last Thurs. to give a quote for a 12,000 BTU minisplit. Th quote was $3.675.00. I showed him one from a carrier dealer of the same size for $3200.00. He Said he can figure it out the cost because his was so high. He promised to talk to his boss and call me with a quote the next day which would be Fri. Apparently you people charge excessive high prices because I had several quotes, 2 from Florence, 2 from Hartsville, and all were WAY below your cost. All quotes were for the Dyson unit. I do not expect to hear from you as you will not be able to reduce the cost.

Hi Jack I am sorry to hear you did not receive the price range you had wanted. We are not the cheapest in the area, because we do provide a value and quality that many competitors do not. However, we are certainly not the most expensive in the area either as we believe in Fair pricing for our customers as well. I have asked the general manager to discuss the situation with you and see how we can make your experience better.
