For both systems: checked and cleaned coils, checked and cleaned drain line, added drain tablets for drain line clog prevention, checked filters (customer changes regularly), delta t for both systems was in line with factory recommendations. Checked and cleaned burner assembly and igniter for downstairs unit. Pressures and capacitors for both systems were in line with factory recommendations. Systems are both running as they should at this time.
