Chris Brown has to be the finest Technician we have ever dealt with!

I cannot express the appreciation my wife and I have in having Chris as today's tech. He is the most personable, responsible and tech savvy man we have ever worked with. Before leaving, my wife expressed to him how for the last 4 yrs. our master bedroom was excessively hot. He took the time to get reading from each vent to find that they were reading 115 degrees. Evidently a real problem. He went back into the attic to find that there was a major breach in the AC Duct leading to the bedroom. No one but Chris took the time to see where the problem was. In fact, one tech from Swift 3 years ago told us to add a return to the bedroom, which would have cost over $500 and not solved the problem. From now on, Chris will be the only man we will want to service our unit. If he leaves Swift, we leave with him.

Robert Prosser is an Excellent serviceman in every respect! Convenience issue because we had to wait too long for an ordered part.

Great Service

No cooling, called Swift in the morning, problem fixed by afternoon. Quick service, professional tech, had our heat pump up and running in no time.

Resolved all issues!

Paul patiently identified the problem and possible resolutions. By the time he left, the thermostats was reprogrammed and the cooling issue was resolved. Thank you, Paul, for the excellent service.

Checked unit, found empty of R22. Leak at evaporator coil in air handler. Recommend replacement of complete system. Evaporator coil can be replaced, but with cost of repair, plus cost old R22 refrigerant, it is not economical. Outdoor unit is out of warranty and air handler is 18 yrs old, just doesn’t make sense to put too much money into a system that is out of warranty and still runs on the old Freon.

Upon arrival found system satisfied at 73 degrees, customer complaints that thermostat was shutting down on codes 31 and 105. Found that’s a communication problem between indoor unit and thermostat. Found float switch was tied in between the two, retwired float switch to break outdoor common wire only. Restarted system and its running properly at this time. Warranty service no charge.
