Technician was very knowledgeable and polite

Our only suggestion would be for the office to call back and let the client know that the technician cannot make the appointment scheduled due to solving problems with the current client. The office had called to say the technician would be on his way. When he didn't show up, I called the office to find out why he hadn't showed up yet. This was around 5:30. Other than that, everything was great once we got things straightened out.

issues with a non- performing thermostat - the Senior Tech sent out, Robert, was knowledgeable with the ability to explain to an average person what was happening and why in my home cooling (and heating unit) — highly recommend these Swift folks!!

Found system off due to high pressure lock out switch. Want underneath house and found AIRHANDLER door off. Put door back on reset system and checked pressures. Data plate calls for 22° subcooling in heat, actually reading 26.4° subcooling which is good. Warranty service no charge.

Completed tune up. Growth forming inside air handler, sprayed some disinfectant but cannot get access to all areas of growth. Growth is being caused by airflow issues, system is 3.5 ton with 16” return duct and 20x25 intake. Refrigerant pressures are okay, but not sure how accurate they are with the present airflow issues. Needs UV light installed ASAP and return needs to be added to system.
