Maintenance notes I arrived at the customers home and I have performed annual preventative maintenance on the customer system. I’ve cleaned the unit and checked system operation i’ve checked pressures temperatures cleaned out the drain line I have replaced customer supplied filters in the home thermostat is operating properly also checked all electrical connections and components and everything has checked out perfectly. system is operating properly at this time without any problems. However I did recommend to the customer to start looking into system replacement the system is 12 years old and is at the end of its life and to call In and get a free estimate.
