I arrived at the customers home customer has explained concern with having no heat after having a new system installed. I’ve checked and inspected the customer system and found the systems zone board has gone bad the zone board was not replaced when the new system was installed it had been installed in 2018 which would make it still under the five year warranty reason we did not replace it during install but the zone board has now failed I have wired around the board temporary until we can order a new zone board and return to replace it also found the UV bulb burned out and I have replaced the bulb while on site I have checked and tested my work and system operation before leaving system is now operating properly at this time without any problems just need to return and replace the zone board. The Zone board model is a Honeywell HZ 221 Board
