was very pleased with the technician that came out, he was able to fix my issue and answer all my "stupid questions" that i had. He also didn't mind me hovering over him, and was very respectful of my home. I personally have a home warranty and went with you guys because i was not satisfied with the quality of work the home warranty people provided
