I called Swiss Air last night and requested a technician for first thing this morning. The gentleman on the phone was honest and told me it may not be possible to get someone out first thing as they had received several calls prior to mine for similar issues but that they would do their best. He provided some temporary guidance and took my info and told me I should expect a call the following day. This morning they were actually able to squeeze me in! The technician (who by the way was very professional) provided me with a few different options and quotes and gave me some time to call my husband to discuss. We went with the best option for us and now have cool A/C again! Great service and excellent response time! Couldn’t have asked for a better service provider!
