Great experience with installation of a new multi-zone mini split system (with lines on brick work in a tight space) and water heater. Work was done super clean with basically no debris, and looks super clean and professionally installed. Was super understanding of working with animals in the house. Also went the extra mile in installation without being asked to (but did prompt to confirm), for things like lifting the water heater to drain it, cleaning up existing water lines, and adding air redirection on top of the neighbors outdoor AC to make sure the air doesn't get trapped under the deck. You do pay a bit more for the service, but it's worth it to pay a little more up front to not have to worry about it for the next couple of decades.
