TDH (specifically, Wojciech Wojtowicz of TDH) installed a new heat pump in our condo in Bucktown about a year ago. The space was tight and tough to get to. I wanted to wait a while before submitting a review to see how the new heat pump performed. I forgot to follow up, but was reminded recently when another heating and cooling company (that does bi-annual checks on all units in our building) commented that our heat pump was one of the cleanest/nicest installations they've ever seen. They said specifically that everything was done to a "T," and confirmed that the heat pump was operating very well. Thanks TDH!

Had an entire HVAC system installed in our new condo yesterday. Furnace, a/c, air cleaner and insulated some of the duct work. Two men worked from early morning to late afternoon to get everything installed and tested. Very clean, professional, efficient and friendly. Our doorman earlier said "no way can they do it in a day!" I'm recommending our association switch to TDA Mechanical today!

While I had booked the service appointment in early May for the end of the month and arranged to stay home from work, TDH twice cancelled the appointments 1 business day in advance. The second time they called to do so, I held my ground and they agreed to keep the appointment. When the technician arrived, he said he had called me several times before buzzing my doorbell - however, I had no missed calls on my phone nor were there any voice mails. From there out, it was a simple tune-up of the air conditioner that I bought from TDH two years ago and all went well. The price was fair. Will I continue to give them my business? Not sure, when there are other equally good companies around that may have better customer service.
