While I had booked the service appointment in early May for the end of the month and arranged to stay home from work, TDH twice cancelled the appointments 1 business day in advance. The second time they called to do so, I held my ground and they agreed to keep the appointment. When the technician arrived, he said he had called me several times before buzzing my doorbell - however, I had no missed calls on my phone nor were there any voice mails. From there out, it was a simple tune-up of the air conditioner that I bought from TDH two years ago and all went well. The price was fair. Will I continue to give them my business? Not sure, when there are other equally good companies around that may have better customer service.
