Jason is terrific and keeps the furnace and A/C running perfectly. My issue this time was I had an 8-10am time slot which usually means 8am. This time, some rerouting occurred so he showed up closer to 10. If I’d know this, I could have arranged my day differently. Just a phone call or text from someone saying ETA is 10 would have been great. An easy customer service effort that will be universally appreciated.
