Rheem Furnace maintenance -Cleaned flame sensor. Noticed spark ignitor wire was arching on fuel rail possibly stealing spark from ignitor causing not to light? Taped up wire. Checked blower motor (9.91 amps, good). Checked inducer motor (.52 amps, good). Checked gas valve (.55 amps, good). Filter good. Cycled multiple times could not get to fail. Suggest replacing stat batteries as process of elimination
