Ty Joao serviced our furnace which had issues starting up on cold mornings and maintaining the temperature we set. Ty addressed all of the issues we had, which involved ordering a new part for the furnace and installing it. The furnace had to be shut down for a couple of days while awaiting the part, because the heat exchanger could have been damaged if we had continued to use it. Upon installing the new part under warranty Ty serviced the furnace and replaced the filter. Everything has been working perfectly for some weeks now since he installed the part and completed servicing the furnace.
