Kitchen drain is backed up. Has cast iron clean out outside under kitchen window. Thompson plumbing ran 1/2” cable 30’ down outside cast iron clean out. Cleared kitchen stoppage. Ran water for 10 min to test. Kitchen sink drains fine for now. No warranty due to old cast iron pipes. Cleaned up work area. Took pictures. Customer was not home during work. She will send check in the mail or pay the office directly over the phone per customer.
