Upon arrival we spoke with Emily and we’re informed of the garbage disposal not functioning. Upon further evaluation we recommended to replace the unit and provided an appropriate estimate for repair. We were then informed that the tub spout in her bathroom does not properly divert water to the shower head as it still lets water out when the shower head is being used. We gave an appropriate estimate to replace the tub spout and installing a customer supplied shower head. Emily will speak with her roommates about the repairs and will let us know if she’d like to move forward
