Upon arrival we spoke with the homeowner and we’re informed of his wife getting weird odors at times from the toilet area. The homeowner has already replaced the wax ring several times and he doesn’t get the smell but his wife does. We proceeded to the bathroom in question and got no sewer smells at this point in time. We explained to the homeowner that he could possibly have a cracked vent and would need to get a smoke test done. Unfortunately we do not perform a smoke test and recommend the homeowner finds a separate outfit that does. No work was performed at this point in time
