After calling 3 other companies and none showing up (they probably thought the job too simple) we called Thompson Plumbing and they booked us for anytime between 2-4pm. At 1:45 we received a text saying Ignacio was on the way. We needed a bath tube spout replaced, and there was a part we were unable to get off the pipe ourselves. Ignacio and a helper arrived, trued to get the part off but it was not moving. So as to not break the tile on our tube they cut a small piece of drywall from the room next door, cut the pipe off and replaced it then put everythng back. They also gave me some advice on how to fix another plumbing problem we have ourselves. Super friendly, wore masks the entire time, much less expensive than others had quoted even though they didn't show up. We were very happy and will call them again.
