26 y.o Client called us out today due to water coming out of secondary condensation line. Inspected evaporator coil in the attic and found A-frame coil was completely impacted with dirt and debris. Filter was also extremely dirty. Advised cleaning evaporator coil and clearing out primary condensation line. Due to the state and age of the system, advised client look at system replacement. Measured out home for 3 1/2 ton system. Client has elected to get other bids. Thompson cannot be held liable for any water damage that may occur.
