Ty was on-time for the appointment, he is very courteous, professional, experienced, and thorough. He identified problems with my AC system, and fixed them right away. He also scheduled a follow up visit to make sure the problem is indeed fixed and no other issues exist. It was very pleasant to talk to him too. Thumb up! Also, it was a previous work by Thompson, they did not charge me for the service, I feel they are responsive and trustable company.
